I am 21 years old and still sing this song in my head. Growing up, this video caught my attention. The song is very catchy. It helps you memorize what a conjunction is and what it does in a sentence. The animations are funny and engaging. Students will learn the conjunctions without realizing it. This song and video helped me when I had to take a test. I used to sing the song while taking my test and could see all my classmates doing the same. I can use this in a 3rd or 4th grade class. Re-watching this video now will have me singing this song for days.
Wow I remember this from when I was a little kid. School House Rock was a great show. I'm surprised you know it - I thought they stopped showing it when I was still pretty young. It definitely looks dated, but it's totally timeless in its appeal and effectiveness. Good choice =]
